About the Job

As a Sales Manager at KAOS, you will play a central role in developing and executing our sales strategy. You will work closely with management to achieve our sales goals and strengthen our market position. This full-time position is based at our office in Oslo.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Motivating the sales department to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with B2B customers and Horeca partners.
  • Analyzing sales data to improve performance and optimize sales processes.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create effective campaigns.
  • Monitoring and reporting sales results to management.

About You

  • We are looking for someone who:
  • Is fearless and outgoing, with a winning personality.
  • Has experience in sales, preferably in children’s products or related areas.
  • Has a proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Has a good understanding of digital platforms and tools.
  • Is a strategic thinker with the ability to implement and follow up on plans individually.
  • Is a motivator who inspires and is a good team player.
  • Is analytical, structured, and highly capable of execution.
  • Speaks and writes both Norwegian and English fluently.
  • Is available for occasional travel to visit partners, conduct product training, and more.
