At KAOS, we want both parents and kids to be happy with our products. That’s why we offer the Happy Kids Guarantee – free returns within 60 days, completely hassle-free! If your child isn’t satisfied with the product, simply email us at hello@itskaos.com to let us know you’d like to use the guarantee. We’d love to hear a little feedback on why the product didn’t work for you.

How it works:

Send an email to hello@itskaos.com with your order number and feedback.
We’ll send you a prepaid return label.
Pack the product in its original packaging and attach the return label to the box.
Drop off the package with the same carrier that delivered your order – free of charge.

Terms & Conditions:

The guarantee is valid for 60 days from the purchase date (proof of purchase required).
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
