Denmark

DHL: Dkk 90,- applies. Free shipping on orders above 999 DKK

United Kingdom

DHL: 9 £ applies. Free shipping on orders above 129,-.

Europe

DHL: 10 € applies. Free shipping on orders above 149,-

When will my order arrive?

DHL collects orders daily and delivery times are as follows:

Europe/UK: 1-3 business days

Rest of the world: 1-5 business days

I have questions regarding my delivery, who do I contact?

Once your order is collected you need to contact your local DHL customer support. Have your tracking number ready and find DHL local contact info here.

Do I have to pay customs duties?

Nope, there will be no additional import charges to get your product delivered to you. This is valid for all KAOS shipments and is included as our service to you.

Oh my goodness, I regret my purchase. What do I do?

No worries. If you have second thoughts you can always return your orde, but please make sure of the following:

Write your order number in the subject field
Explain what the inquiry is about, so we know what we can help you with
Attach a photo(s) of the product you want and return
Send everything together to hello@itskaos.com
You will receive a return label from us to use for the return
