About the Job

As a Sales Assistant at KAOS, you will play a crucial role in developing our B2B sales activities. You will work closely with our sales and operations/logistics team to optimize sales processes and ensure our B2B customer journey is always top-notch. This full-time position is based at our office in Oslo.

Your responsibilities will include

Administration and follow-up of sales activities.
Assisting with B2B customer service and communication.
Maintaining and updating product information in our Pro Showroom.
Coordinating B2B orders and deliveries.
Planning and executing sales promotion activities across various B2B channels.
Assisting with product training for B2B customers domestically and internationally.
Analyzing sales data and reporting key metrics.

About You

We are looking for someone who

Has a strong interest in sales and wants to make it their career.
Has education or experience in sales. Experience with e-commerce systems (Centra, Shopify, Woocommerce, etc.) is a plus but not required.
Understands customer journeys across various platforms and channels.
Is tech-savvy and experienced with Excel and Apple products.
Is driven, self-motivated, and a collaborative “doer,” like the rest of the team.
Is structured, detail-oriented, and strives for excellence in everything you do.
Speaks and writes both Norwegian and English fluently
