Can I change the delivery address in my order?

When ordering through PayPal, make sure your address is updated to your current address. If an old or incorrect address is imported, send us an email right away at hello@itskaos.com with your order number and the correct shipping address. We’ll do our best to redirect it for you!

I haven’t received my order confirmation – what do I do?

First, double-check if the automatic email has ended up in your spam or junk folder (it happens!). If there’s nothing there, send us an email at hello@itskaos.com, and we’ll resend your order confirmation and ensure your email address was registered correctly.

I’m missing items from my order – what should I do?

When ordering multiple items, they may be sent in separate boxes. While they leave the warehouse together, they can sometimes get split up during transit. Check all the tracking numbers in your dispatch email to see if all items are marked as delivered.

Ordered a high chair with accessories? Be sure to check inside the chair box – the accessories might be packed alongside the chair!

Still missing something? Send us an email at hello@itskaos.com with your order number and a photo of the items you did receive. We’ll sort it out for you ASAP!

I regret my purchase

You can return any order within 14 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging. Just send us an email at hello@itskaos.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you with the process.

Once your return is processed at our warehouse, you’ll be refunded promptly.

I want to change to another product/color

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you have options! You can return your item within 30 days of delivery and receive a voucher for our webshop, valid for one year.

Alternatively, you can order the correct item or color right away, send us the new order number, and we’ll refund the voucher value once your return is processed at our warehouse. Easy as that!

How do I report a fault with my KAOS product?

If you’ve received a faulty product, please send us an email at hello@itskaos.com with:

  • A photo of the faulty product
  • A description of the issue
  • Your order number

For chairs, please also include a photo of the serial number:

  • On wooden chairs, it’s printed under the bottom step.
  • On recycled chairs, it’s on a sticker under the seat.

We’ll review your claim and get back to you as quickly as possible!

Where can I find the instruction manual for my KAOS item?

The instruction manuals are always included in the box upon delivery. But we know how that tend to get lost! But no worries, we’ve gathered all the various instruction manuals online for you.

How do I make a warranty claim for a faulty KAOS product?

  • A photo of the faulty product
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your order number

If the claim is about a chair, don’t forget to include a photo of the serial number:

  • For wooden chairs, it’s printed underneath the bottom step.
  • For recycled chairs, you’ll find it on a sticker underneath the seat.
