At KAOS, we want both parents and kids to be happy with our products. That’s why we offer the Happy Kids Guarantee – free returns within 60 days, completely hassle-free! If your child isn’t satisfied with the product, simply email us at hello@itskaos.com to let us know you’d like to use the guarantee. We’d love to hear a little feedback on why the product didn’t work for you.

How it works:

  1. Send an email to hello@itskaos.com with your order number and feedback.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack the product in its original packaging and attach the return label to the box.
  4. Drop off the package with the same carrier that delivered your order – free of charge.

Terms & Conditions:

  • The guarantee is valid for 60 days from the purchase date (proof of purchase required).
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
